Raging Torrents was formed in 1988 in South Africa and is today part of a privately held integrated group of companies. Raging Torrents Head of Advisory Services is Mike Finlay, who has more than 15 years advisory services experience in the risk management field. Mike has recently specialised in operational risk management and has a particular interest in the interaction between operational risk and asset/liability management techniques. Mike is recognised throughout the operational risk sector and is a frequent speaker/chairperson at conferences and seminars around the world.
