Raging Torrents believes that financial risk and exposure can only be measured, managed and monitored on a real-time integrated basis and then only within an agreed risk profile. Accordingly, our Services Model reflects a risk profile consisting of the three “legs” of risk, market, credit and operational risk, residing within an overall control environment and controlled by an asset/liability management doctrine. This risk profile then becomes the starting point to either review the efficiency of risk management or to construct the risk strategy of the organisation.

Drawing upon the risk strategy, Raging Torrents will work with your organisation to optimise the risk management environment within your business. A common starting point for many of our customers is to undertake our State of Health Review - a unique, diagnostic stand-alone review mechanism which provides a comprehensive risk analysis, evaluation and assessment of the financial risk management environment within the organisation, comparing controls, procedures and skills against an international standard which complies with the most recent regulatory and industry association guidelines. A detailed gap analysis and recommendations are provided. Another service frequently used by our customers is the establishment of a “long-list” of potential solution vendors, which Raging Torrents can assist you in reducing to a “short-list” and right through to actual preferred vendor selection.
